Fillongley, Mill Lane (Pickering)

Address:Mill Lane
In the 1841 census John Pickering, 48, is a victualler on the west side of Mill Lane. By 1851 there are no matching records. In the website there only two nineteenth century Pickerings; William Pickering at the Bowling Green in 1847 and Richard Pickering at the Kenilworth Castle from 1879 to 1881. Mill Lane was the old name of Cox Street, so possible pubs are the Adam and Eve, Duke Wellington, Kings Arms or Old Star (Star).
