Moira Arms, 15 Drapers Fields

Moira is a town on the Ashby canal, where the pottery especially associated with canal boats was produced. The pub was where the headquarters of the Coventry canal were situated. From 1931 to 1934 the pub advertised 'Ansells ales and stouts; wines and spirits of superior quality'. It closed c1939.
