Red Cow Inn, Longford

The Coventry Herald of 7th April 1837 advertised the sale of the RED COW INN by auction, currently in the occupation of William Riley, Butcher and Victualler. The pub was bought in 1899 by Phipps of Northampton from Valient Hooper for £580. They charged a rent of £8 per annum.
