In 1867 John Dell advertised for persons wishing to tender to make alterations to his newly acquired premises at 1 Smithford Street, which he opened in October that year for his Wine and Spirit business.
It continued as a Wine and Spirit Vaults until 1895 when William Harrison began to advertise the COVENTRY ARMS. | |||
