The building opened as a pub c2009 as the BAR EDEN. On 27th January 2012 this became the TERRACE BAR & GRILL which closed down after running into trouble with Coventry City Council in 2012 following noise complaints from residents, then became the ARTISAN BAR & GRILL, a trendy bar and steak house in April 2013.
