Pheasant, 32 Smithford Street

Smithford St c1900 In September 1865 George Addison is granted the license for 32 Smithford Street - but no pub name is given. In September 1866 Addison is leaving and the premises up for auction. The following month William Ralph, Porkman and Sausage Maker, has moved in there. The only other record we have for this pub is from the 1866 Morris directory. Is this the Pheasant Cock in High Street?
