Royal Albert, Gilbert St We have a record of the license of the Coachmakers being transferred from Thomas East to James Ball (or Bull) in 1860. By 1862 it appears to have become the LOYDON STORES. From 1919 to 1932 it adopted the name ROYAL GEORGE. It closed on 26th January 1972.
