Marlborough Arms, Street not known
| There are very few references to the Marlborough Arms, those found being limited to a few Coventry newspapers in 1858 and 1859 in their regular reports of public house license transfers.
We do have other Thompsons recorded. In the 1850s there are Thompsons at the Beehive and the Black Dog, Cook Street. In 1835 there is a Thomas Thompson at the beerhouse in Warwick Lane. Could this have been the name of the beerhouse? There is no other record of Burscough. | |||
