Old Brook Tavern, Lockhurst Lane

An early name for the HOLBROOKS TAVERN. From the earliest found mention of this pub in 1840 until it became the Railway Hotel, the names Oldbrook, Old Brook and Holbrook appear to have been interchangeable, and the newspapers of the time would vary as to which version they printed.
