In 1841 see the BEERHOUSE, Primrose Terrace.
In 1860 the pub became the White Horse, however, for at least four years after this renaming, it was still occasionally referred to in newspapers as the Weaver's Arms. The Worshipful Company of Weavers (1155) has the longest history of any city guild. Weaving played a vital part in Coventry's economy from the Middle Ages. | |||
