Dun Cow, 42 Jordan Well

Dun Cow Jordan Well By 1935 it was a Flowers house and c1964 it closed.


The dun cow is a legendary beast from local stories, said to have lived on Dunsmore Heath, between Coventry and Rugby. It is said to have been gigantic and to have been slain by Guy of Warwick.
